This year we can offer our members a new Spa and Therapy Zone, with two treatment rooms refurbished and re-designed to a very high standard, and four experienced therapists offering everything from sports therapy to holistic and beauty treatments.

Energique has a spectacular range of state-of-the art fitness equipment – no other club outside London can offer the same choice. Every cardiovascular machine has it's own digital screen and iPod terminal for your own personal entertainment as we know that workouts have to be fun or they don’t get done! We got more great classes for you to try, and this year have introduced Zumba and T’ai Chi to our already extensive list. In addition, the club is refurbishing its changing rooms to offer you more facilities and comfort. It’s so important to keep healthy and fit but we want our members to enjoy their trips to Energique. It shouldn’t be a chore to visit your health club.
