Spin

A class undertaken on a stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel and which focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity work and recovery. Spinning is held in a dedicated studio and uses music to create an energized atmosphere. Suitable for ALL levels of participant.
