Circuits

Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. It’s like a game of musical chairs: Everyone begins at a station (that is, a place where an exercise is done), and when the instructor yells “Time!” everyone moves to the next free station. Suitable for ALL levels of participant.

Fit Steps

Fitness that’s ‘strictly’ fun!! A unique dance fitness programme created by strictly come dancing stars, natalie lowe and ian waite. Beginners and experienced dancers can get fit with fun! Learn dance moves for the quickstep, cha cha, jive, waltz, tango, rumba, paso doble, salsa and american smooth! A new and exciting way to dance yourselves fit! Suitable for ALL levels of participant.

HIIT

Kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, using dynamic moves, developing strength and muscular endurance. Kettlebell is different from any other form of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously and in addition it will elevate the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training! Suitable for ALL levels of participant.

Tabata

High-intensity interval training is an enhanced form of interval training. It is an exercise strategy that alternates periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods and is an effective form of cardiovascular exercise. Suitable for ADVANCED participants.

Zumba

Tone / Condition

​A dynamic cardio class with great music and lots of energy. Originally developed to help strengthen and repair knees. A form of exercise distinguished by using a platform. Suitable for ALL levels of participant.

Holistic Workouts

A sequence of exercises that focus on the core postural muscles - these are essential in providing support to the spine and help to keep the body balanced. Pilates exercises teach the awareness of breath, alignment of the spine and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. Suitable for ALL levels of participant.

Other Workouts

This core workout focuses on strengthening the muscles in the abs and back. The exercises will also challenge your balance, stability and overall coordination, making this a multi-purpose workout. The moves progress in difficulty, so take your time and don’t worry if you feel wobbly! Suitable for ALL levels of participant.
