LUNCHTIME WORKOUT A healthy, fun mid-day class that suits all fitness abilities combining deep muscle toning and cardio work. Bookings are essential for all classes. Bookings can be made at reception, over the phone or on-line via our web-site, 7 days in advance. If you are unable to attend, please ensure that you cancel your place as there maybe others who would like to attend. Please can participants avoid arriving late or leaving early for classes as this can be disruptive. We reserve the right to cancel a class at short notice should there be 4 participants or less. Please ensure we have your correct contact details so we are able to inform you in the event of a cancellation.
