Gym Details

The gym is designed by Technogym, the state-of-the-art Italian fitness equipment manufacturer.

There are 17 pieces of free weights and resistance equipment, including two Power-Plates. These machines give your whole body a complete workout in a fraction of the time.

Each piece of cardiovascular equipment has ACTIVE WELNESS TV ™. This is a built-in touch screen entertainment system that is fully integrated into all 33 machines. This enables you to watch satellite and digital TV, listen to the radio or just plug in your iPod and watch your favourite movies whilst training.

There are also the spinning bikes – situated in the room at the end of the gym. These are all brand new bicycles, and offer a superb Workout.

Plans for the future will see the gym being extended into the dance studio that is currently adjacent to the gym.
