Our sparkling pool is open all day and as swimming is such a great way to improve and maintain fitness, tone up and burn calories the opportunity to enjoy such an active and healthy fitness option is there for all members whatever your age or ability.
The fact that swimming is such a great form of all round exercise as well as having compelling health benefits in terms of reducing the risk of illnesses such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and stokes. As a low impact form of fitness there is less of a risk of injury too and can also be an efficient way to control weight.
Swimming is a life-skill. If you can’t swim, it’s never too late to learn. Our range of classes provides our members every opportunity to learn and improve regardless of age.
