Our Personal Training Consultants are health and fitness professionals who create individual exercise and conditioning programs which are based on your needs We provide ultimately motivation and guidance to help clients achieve their personal health, fitness and performance goals through individual exercise programs, nutritional recommendations and suggestions in lifestyle modification.
Our Consultants do not diagnose or treat areas of pain or disease and will at the clients request refer them to health care professionals / practitioners.
Whatever your goal, the personal training focus is on you! We offer a full training service, either on a one to one basis or as a group session. There are both female and male trainers to choose from with a wide range of backgrounds. With your trainer you can choose the time and days that fit best into your week; whether it is first thing in the morning or last thing at night, your trainer will be there to help motivate, invigorate and rejuvenate you.
