Membership Terms and Conditions:

Cancellations - monthly: members paying monthly are required to join for a minimum of 6 months and are asked to give one months notice of cancellation in writing. The cancellation will be confirmed in writing by the membership team.

Annual: annual memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. If purchasing this type of membership please be aware that cancellations are only considered in exceptional circumstances.

Frozen Memberships: Monthly memberships can be frozen for reasons of illness, pregnancy or work relocation at a cost of £5.00 per person, per month. This does not apply to annual memberships.

Rejoin Fees: Members’ who cancel their membership and then wish to rejoin will be asked to pay an administration fee of £20.00 per person.

Membership Arrears: please ensure that your monthly or annual membership remains in credit. We reserve the right to refuse admittance of any member who allows their membership to fall into arrears.
