Bookings/Payment
All places must be pre-booked and will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
Cancellation and refund policy If a course is cancelled by Energique a full refund will be given. A cancellation fee of £5.00 will apply if less than 24 hours notice is given before commencement of the course. No refunds will be given once the course has started.
Liability and Insurance
Energique Ltd and company employees are under no liability whatsoever in respect of personal injuries, loss or damage to property whilst attending any Energique Course. All children in our care are fully covered by our Public Liability Insurance.
Medical Information
It is the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian, to state on registration, any medical conditions/allergies their child may have. Parent/Guardians must give written consent, for the administration of prescribed medicines and consent for Energique Emergency aid staff to administer basic first aid.
Behavioural Standards
Energique expects all children to conduct themselves in an acceptable manner to all other children and Energique staff. Energique reserves the right to exclude any child not meeting these standards.
Drop off/Collection
Parent/Guardian must sign their children in and out of the club. Energique employees do not take responsibility for the child outside of the designated times.
Data Protection
We do not pass your details on to any outside companies.
