Frequently Asked Questions
Please report to reception on arrival and swipe your membership card which will automatically book you into any classes you may be attending. This also allows us to pass on any messages which may be waiting for you and update you on any forthcoming club promotions.
Please use lockers in the changing rooms or the unit in the gym area. Please do not leave bags and coats on the floor of the gym or studio.
You will be issued with a membership card when joining Energique. This must be used to swipe in on every visit.
Fitness Classes / Squash Bookings
You can book our fitness classes or squash courts up to 6 days in advance. Out of courtesy to others please ensure that you cancel any bookings that are not required.
We offer a variety of classes, details of which are shown in our Class programme.
Please arrive in time for all the fitness/spin classes. Lateness can disrupt a class
Our two squash courts are available between 7.30am - 9.30pm. The squash court must be vacated by 9.30pm prompt. Rackets and balls are available free at reception.
Health Suite & Swimming Pool
Please shower before entering the swimming pool. For hygiene reasons no shaving in the sauna or steam room.
You will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and blood pressure check prior to using our gym facility. If satisfactory, your instructor will assist you in starting an exercise programme. We hope to make each of your gym visits as enjoyable as possible.
You will be given an induction by one of our experience gym consultants before you are able to use the gym facility.
