Class DescriptionsTo the Max/Tone Zone ~ Using dumbbells, bars or dyna bands to strengthen and tones the whole body. Body Pump ~ This inspiring resistance training programme is the fastest way to get into shape! Suitable for both men and women, all levels. Not for under 16’s Body Balance ~ De-stress with this holistic blend of Pilates, Tai Chi and yoga all set to music. Bums, Tums and Thighs (BTT) ~ Conditioning and toning for those all important areas. Boxercise ~ The best stress buster around. A high energy boxing class that combines aerobic and anaerobic exercise which is fun, energetic and highly addictive. Step ~ A workout performed using highly motivating choreography focusing on aerobic endurance and muscle tone. Keiser Spin ~ The ultimate cardiovascular workout on a bicycle to motivational music. Get ready for the ride of your life. Pilates ~ Develop body awareness and strengthen core stability and tone muscles. If you are new to Pilates, it is advisable to attend the class at level 0. Yoga ~ For a total mind and body experience which develops flexibility and strength whilst calming the mind and relieving stress. Aqua ~ Water based aerobic and toning with a fun twist. Cardio Attack ~ A high energy aerobic workout that changes every week. Bookings are essential for all classes. Bookings can be made via Reception up to 6 days in advance. If you are unable to attend, please ensure that you cancel your place as there maybe others who would like to attend. Please can participants avoid arriving late or leaving early for classes as this can be disruptive. We reserve the right to cancel a class at short notice should there be three participants or less.
