I originally joined the club when it was ‘Physicals Gym’, and so have seen many changes since it became Energique. To say the club has been completely transformed would be putting it mildly. The equipment in the gym is state of the art and easily comparable to any London club. The staff are friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is great and the quality of the classes is excellent. Great coffee machine and freshly squeezed orange juice means you can use the club for chill out time or to meet friends, and I think for the facilities provided, Energique gives it's members real value for money.

I really enjoy all the classes at Energique as the instructors are obviously excellent and push you to do your best without being intimidating. They keep everything fresh and varied. The gym equipment is really superb, a far cry from anything else you'd find locally. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Energique has really helped me over the last year to lose weight and improve my fitness. They have provided me with excellent free consultations and personal exercise programmes which I update when I'm feeling brave! There is plenty of equipment in the gym to go round and I have never had to queue or wait to use anything. My children really love going to the crèche for an hour. It's clean with lots of fun toys, soft play and very friendly staff. They also really enjoy and have benefitted hugely from the weekly swimming classes. Energique has always provided a very friendly, encouraging and enthusiastic environment in which to train and I actually look forward to going as often as I can.

I have been coming to this gym for a long time now. I like coming here because its welcoming and the people and staff are helpful. Since coming here I have made good friends. The place is clean and I like all the classes that the gym provides. Up in the gym you got all new equipment to use which other gyms in the area don’t have. Help is always at hand to be what you want to be and the support is there when you need it. I must say that Ben has been good with me with the personal training. He works you hard and talks about what you want to get out of it and tells you not to give up! It is a good place to be for working out and meeting new people and making good friends!

I can't praise Energique Health Club enough! The staff are very friendly, motivational and professional, they always make you feel welcome. I have been a member for 2 years, and in that time the club has always maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout. As well as the gym and the health suite, there is a variety of classes to suit all preferences. Ralie and his team also hold great social events, which make me appreciate it really is a club, and not just a gym! I love it!
