Circuits

Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. It’s like a game of musical chairs: Everyone begins at a station (that is, a place where an exercise is done), and when the instructor yells “Time!” everyone moves to the next free station.

Fit Steps

Fitness that’s ‘strictly’ fun!! A unique dance fitness programme created by strictly come dancing stars, natalie lowe and ian waite. Beginners and experienced dancers can get fit with fun! Learn dance moves for the quickstep, cha cha, jive, waltz, tango, rumba, paso doble, salsa and american smooth! A new and exciting way to dance yourselves fit!

Functional Training

The TRX suspension trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that utilises gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Zumba

Tone / Condition

This training class will work multiple muscle groups, developing strength and muscular endurance. Kettlebells is different from any other form of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously and in addition it will elevate the heart rate for effective cardiovascular conditioning!

Holistic Workouts

A sequence of exercises that focus on the core postural muscles - these are essential in providing support to the spine and help to keep the body balanced. Pilates exercises teach the awareness of breath, alignment of the spine and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

Other Workouts

This core workout focuses on strengthening the muscles in the abs and back. The exercises will also challenge your balance, stability and overall coordination, making this a multi-purpose workout. The moves progress in difficulty, so take your time and don’t worry if you feel wobbly!
