I have always had a passion for fitness and decided to retrain and become a personal trainers in 2015. I love inspiring people and pushing my own body in doing endurance sports. I have completed several marathons, half marathons, an ultra-marathon, a half iron man and several Olympic triathlons.
I love travelling and have been very lucky to travel to some amazing places, I have taken 21 students to climb Everest base, summited Mount Kilimanjaro, and Mount Toubkal in Morocco. I love a challenge and have a massive zest for life.

Every year, Sport Relief - partnered with Comic Relief - uses sport to try and raise money to help vulnerable people in the UK and the world's poorest countries.
Here at Energique, we will be running 6 events, 4 of which will run across the week, the other 2 will be one off events. These are:
Cycle the distance of John O'Groats to Land's End collectively in our spin classes
Swim the length of the channel over the 7 days
Walk 1,000,000 steps in a week
Lift the weight of a Boeing 747, to be accumulated over the week
Run the distance of London to Brighton in a Tag Team Treadmill event
Cover a mile using Burpees

There is a challenge for everybody; whether you run, cycle, swim, lift, or like team activities. All we ask, is for a small donation to the cause.
