Maximise your cardiovascular fitness by climbing heavy hills and sprinting fast. The session has mixed climbs and descents using powerful music and Tabata style approach to training on a bike.
Zumba is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high intensity moves. You’ll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of all is that it doesn’t even feel like a workout.

Aqua Aerobics, sometimes known as Aqua fit, Aqua fitness, Water Aerobics or Aquacise is a type of resistance training where you follow a series of aerobic moves in our heated indoor swimming pool, for a full body workout designed to tone, improve stamina, and burn fat. Suitable for all levels.
Yoga is a system of practices, used to balance the mind and body through exercise, meditation (focusing thoughts) and control of breathing. It will help to improve your flexibility, balance, and attain tranquillity in the mind and spirit.

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class, combining ballet- inspired elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training moves. Classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. Suitable for all levels.
